Yes, but for now we ship only to Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be shipped same or next day with UPS ground. Expected delivery time depending on your location is 1 to 5 business days.
Will I be charged for taxes?
You will be charged 10% sales tax if purchase made from Illinois

WARRANTY
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
We offer 1 year warranty on all products.
If there is problem with the product please contact us and we will help. If repair is needed please email us the issue and the product serial number for the RMA number to be established before shipping your product for repair. Buyer pays the return shipping. If item is defective on arrival we will cover return/replacement shipping cost.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns for products in new condition, in it's original packaging, 30 days from sales date. Please contact us for return authorization. For product with visible signs of being used (scrathes, dents, missing accessories, no original packaging etc.) we might charge up to 15% restocking fee.
BATTERY RUNNING TIME
How long will SMART 2 lights work on full battery charge?
Of course this depends on how you use it, how many colors, what brightness etc. Most of the time you will use 1 basic color and this will give you about 15 hours run time (when set to maximum brightness), or mix it with another color,and this should give you about 12 hours battery run time. For SMART 2 MINI & SMART 2 WASH and Smart 2 TOWER the numbers are similar.
WIRELESS DMX
What wireless DMX controller do you recommend ?

You may use basically and DMX controller with minimum 6 channels (preferably 10 channels) combined with our Wireless DMX transmitter.
If you plan to set few sets of lights to different DMX channels to have separate control over different sections we recommend using dmx controller that doesn't separate channels. Which means if you work in 6 channel mode you must be able to set first set of lights to address 1 , and next set to address 7 , and next to address 13 and so on.
Wireless DMX controllers we have tested:
CHAUVET OBEY 6 - simple controller, works great with our lights !
MYDMXBUDDY + our Wireless DMX transmitter - great combo of wireless DMX gear + software !!! - this will give you full control over the lights using your laptop or tablet (must have usb port).

You may use any DMX controller with minimum 6 channels available.

Our Smart 2 lights are compatible with EchoMate controller by Ethernal Lighting.
WIRELESS CONTROL OPTIONS
Can SMART 2 lights be wirelessly controlled from laptop, phone or tablet?

Yes they can !!! There is a lot of option to wirelessly control Smart 2 lights with your Ipad, Iphone, Laptop, or Tablet
