Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for a full refund back to the original form of payment. To be eligible for a return please email us at sales@rainbowlightsus.com for RMA#. Your item must be in new condition without any visual damages, dents or scratches. It must also be in the original packaging with serial number sticker on it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).

*We reserve the right to decline the return of your item(s), or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if the above terms have not been followed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval.
